Val13's Review: I agree with the comment about the "sea-water" nose. Only medium acid, but still crisp because of the full body and slight citrus flavors. Drank this with pesto/tomato/parmesan crostini...good, but would be even better with grilled seafood (would not be a good match with a creamy sauce.)
