woogapdx's Review: Following a tip from a recent winemaker dinner at Adea in Gaston, OR, I served this wine with hot hot hot spicy chicken wings. My guests enjoyed the pairing both for how well it worked and for the novelty.

This wine is slightly sweet, with soft, mild bubbles, and at only 6.9% you really can quench a fire in your mouth without getting too tipsy.
