Nose: Vanilla and Cherry
Taste: Black Cherry and Currant with blueberry and other dark berries.

Notes: A simple bordeaux with an uncomplex linger. Held up to grilled meet but was unable to pair with spicier dishes.

Sweet cherry flavor that is well balanced with plum and medium to high tannins.

Drank with a spicy pasta dish. Held up to the flavor and the peppery taste of the arugula used in the dish. A very good food wine.

jmoose28's Review: Color: Deep Ruby color with very fine tannins for a young wine.

Smell: Light vanilla with tobacco and leather notes on the nose.

Taste: Dried Cherry with lingering plum and spice notes. Spice notes include anise and clove.

Overall: Drank this wine with pasta with light pancetta and tomato sauce. Could pair better with heartier foods including game meats and duck.

Really enjoyed this wine!
