Ibn Shisha's Review: Typical gewurz flavor and aroma profile, flowers, sweet herbs, exotic fruits. This one had all that, but seemed sweeter than most Alsatian gewurz (some grown here in the US can be pretty darn sweet, though, and I just picked up a South African late harvest gewurz).

Ibn Shisha's Review: Benefits from a little air, but don't overdo it. Funk turns to fruit on the nose, with some of the funkier flavors balancing a cherry. I tried it with some 3-year gouda to good effect.
