This is a lovely and drinkable wine when released but becomes more smooth and refined after allowing some extra age time. At release, the '04 is darkly fruity, not a big surprise from Bogle, especially considering their very jammy and cheap(!) Old Vines Zin. If you're lookiing for a $30 wine that costs $10-15 less, get this. If you're wanting a $50 wine for WAY less, get this and save it for a year or two.
